this is a sweet banana cupcake with a cream cheese frosting a dusting of chocolate and a dried banana

this is a buttery yellow cake with a strawberry filling topped with a vanilla butter cream a strawberry swirl and a sweet strawberry

This is a luscious lemony cupcake with a creamy lemon cream cheese icing and some lemon candy crunch

"GE Cupcakes"
I made these for an appliance store in Downingtown. They were having a GE party for customers at their store. Thanks to my Mom for doing the GE symbols out of white chocolate and icing.

"berry burst Oreo cupcakes"
I made these for Memorial Day. I used the berry burst Oreo's to create a yummy cupcake!

Birthday cupcakes for Jack- Mickey Mouse theme

I made Jack 36 Mickey Mouse themed cupcakes; chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. I used Oreo's to make Mickey Mouse on top of the cupcakes, then used colored icing to make the polka dots.

Baby Shower

This is a strawberries and creme cupcake with a white chocolate butter cream frosting. I decorated these cupcakes for a friend's baby shower. I made the baby blocks from cake and dipped them into white chocolate. I really try to do everything by hand even if it is not perfect. The animals I did not make, but they were edible.

New flavor...cheesecake cupcakes

I am trying out a new flavor this month... it is called triple berry creme. It is a cheesecake cupcake with a triple berry sauce.. I use raspberries, blueberries and strawberries to make the sauce. Here is a sample of a cheesecake cupcake with strawberry sauce in mini form. I made these for a MOPS meeting at church.

Pittsburgh Steelers theme

This was my first attempt at the Pittsburgh Steelers Logo. I used 36 Hershey kiss cupcakes to create the logo. I am working on my art skills, but when doing displays I would prefer to use mini cupcakes. You can be more creative and flexible with them~ I also try not to use fondant, and hand pipe designs.

Country Cupcakes May 2011

April Sales
April was filled with weekend cupcake baking, every weekend in April I baked cupcakes for friends and family. I baked and sold over 275 cupcakes. My biggest sales came the weekend of Easter. I made over 11 dozen cupcakes for the Easter holiday. My farthest customer came from Wilmington, De to pick up cupcakes.

Country CupCakes will be closed May 13th and 14th.

I also hired a friend to make the JUMBO cupcakes for me. So….I will continue to offer personalized JUMBO cupcakes for birthday parties, prices start at $15.00.

I am also excited that a friend will be giving me a double oven to help ease some of my workload.
