My first attempt at making our "jumbo" personalized cupcake for a princess themed birthday party. This is a devils food caked filled with a strawberry/butter cream filling topped with a pink vanilla butter cream and topped with a mini tiara for the birthday girl!

We made 3 dozen cupcakes for the birthday party. We made a devils food and a vanilla cupcake filled with a homemade strawberry filling. They were all topped with a vanilla bean butter cream and decorated with pink sprinkles and other fun princess decor.
