My friend Sarah inspired me today by posting in her blog..so I thought what the heck, why not post some cupcakes on my blog...I have been quite busy since the last post...Raising 3 children, working as a substitute, baking, taking care of household stuff, church, and enjoying the summer with my girls!  Here are some cupcakes I have done this past year...

Clarifying some facts about my cupcakes

Just wanted to make something quite clear to everyone that might not know...I only bake mini or regular sized cupcakes. I cannot do a dozen of mixed cupcakes because I bake from scratch and bake cupcakes to fulfill orders. I do not freeze cupcakes, they are always made fresh for my customers. I am not a cupcake bakery..just a Mommy/wife that loves to bake and create new flavors. I do not have the capacity to make a mixed dozen for a customer that only wants one dozen cupcakes. Sorry if I confused anyone. I am a one woman show and bake from my house for fun. I love baking and cooking. One day I hope to have a store front or truck! and maybe a sandwich shop..

I made these for an appliance store in Downingtown. They were having a GE party for customers at their store. Thanks to my Mom for doing the GE symbols out of white chocolate and icing.
